Obama’s legacy: American executions
January 29. 2013 3:32PM
Most media continue to deny or ignore tactics by the Obama administration that includes arrest and execution of our citizens without due process of law. The 2013 National Defense Authorization Act, signed into law Jan. 2, 2013, by President Obama, allows the arrest and indefinite military detention of U.S. citizens for exercising their rights protected under the First Amendment.
The Obama administration also maintains it has the authority to secretly target U.S. citizens for execution without even charging them with a crime. A speech by Attorney General Eric Holder at Northwestern University on March 5, 2012, cemented Obama’s legacy as the president who pioneered secret, charge-less executions.
The American Civil Liberties Union responded, “Few things are as dangerous to American liberty as the proposition that our government should be able to kill our citizens anywhere in the world on the basis of legal standards and evidence that are never submitted to a court, either before or after the fact.”
The next item on the Obama agenda is to disarm Americans which he will do with the convenient help of the United Nations. The U.N., under the guise of a proposed global “Small Arms Treaty” that is premised to fight “terrorism,” “insurgency” and “international crime syndicates,” will also target our Second Amendment right to own and bear arms as a defense against tyranny.
The U.N. will create an international gun registry, clearly setting the stage for full-scale gun confiscation. This scheme to confiscate our firearms will enslave us to the U.N. or worse.
Without your diligence, during some future night your door will be kicked in by the U.N.’s blue helmets to perform their assignment.
